Harrodsburg Heritage Days Fall Festival

Welcome to our wait-list for our first Harrodsburg Heritage Days Fall Festival.

**This application does not guarantee a booth space. At this time, all spaces have been filled. However, if a space becomes available we will contact vendors on our wait-list (using the first come-first serve) basis with an invitation.

Booth Hours, Setup, and Tear Down  

Booth hours are Saturday, October 18 from 9am-4pm. Setup will begin at 7:00am.

All spaces are outside and may vary slightly depending on location. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents and displays. This is an outdoor event, and we cannot control or refund due to inclement weather. Please be prepared in the event of rain/wind.

Heritage Days Association reserves the right to deny or accept any vendor. Food and beverage vendors (unless prepackaged) must fill out a different application.

Trick or Treat Hour

We will be offering a Trick-or-Treat hour at the festival from 3pm-4pm. We would like to invite you to participate by bringing candy for the kids. Think of it like trunk-or-treat but with our vendor booths.
