Marketplace Vendor Hours/Setup/Tear down

Friday, May 15, 2026 4pm - 9pm

Saturday, May 16, 2026 9am - 8pm (The festival will continue until 10pm)


Vendor Setup Hours: Friday 10am -2pm (Saturday Setup is not available.)

Vendor Tear Down: Saturday Night 8pm.


(You are welcome to close your booths earlier than 8pm and walk around the festival. In previous years, we have had multiple vehicles driving through the festival while our guests were walking around. This is unsafe and cannot happen. We will have designated loading spaces reserved near the grounds for loading and unloading in a safe manner after 8pm Saturday night. Loading spaces will be available to you for 20 minutes. Please be courteous with the loading/unloading spaces.)


All marketspace vendors are outside and may vary slightly depending on location. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents and displays. This is an outdoor event; we cannot control weather. Refunds will not be offered for inclement weather. Please be prepared in the event of rain and heavy wind.


No vehicles will be permitted on the festival grounds during the duration of the festival.

Vendor Selection

Vendor acceptance will be juried based on the criteria below:


  • Category. To ensure the success of our vendors, we will do our best to eliminate duplicate/similar vendors at our event. We are looking for vendors who offer unique and family friendly product.

  • Returning vendors will be given preference.

  • Integrity. Vendors who have presented themselves to be easy to work with and are engaging with community interest will be given preference.


Booth Spaces will be available this year. Get your applications in early.

Security

Security will be monitoring the area Friday night. Please be sure to secure your tents Friday night after closing. Cash should not be kept in the tents overnight.

Application Submissions & Payments

We will follow-up with you within two weeks regarding the status of your application. Payment instructions will be distributed at that time.


Heritage Days Association reserves the right to deny or accept any vendor. Food and beverage vendors (unless prepackaged) must fill out a different application.
