Marketplace Vendor Application

Saturday October 18th, 9am-4pm

We are happy to announce and accept applications for very first Harrodsburg Heritage Days Fall Festival.


Booth Hours, Setup, and Tear Down  

Booth hours are Saturday, October 18 from 9am-4pm. Setup will begin at 7:00am.


All spaces are outside and may vary slightly depending on location. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents and displays. This is an outdoor event, and we cannot control or refund due to inclement weather. Please be prepared in the event of rain/wind.


Heritage Days Association reserves the right to deny or accept any vendor. Food and beverage vendors (unless prepackaged) must fill out a different application.

IMPORTANT: The name written on your application must be referenced on your check. If the names do not match, please reference the application name in the memo line of your check.

Trick-Or-Treat Hour

We will be offering a Trick-or-Treat hour at the festival from 3pm-4pm. We would like to invite you to participate by bringing candy for the kids. Think of it like trunk-or-treat but with our vendor booths.
