Thank you for your interest in applying for a vendor space at Harrodsburg's 2nd annual Fall Festival. Please review and complete the information below. All applications will be considered.
Booth Hours, Setup, and Tear Down
Booth hours are Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 10am-4pm. Setup will open at 8:00am.
All spaces are outside and may vary slightly depending on location. (Not all vendors will be located under the pavilion this year.) Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents and displays. This is an outdoor event, and we cannot control or refund due to inclement weather. Please be prepared in the event of rain/wind.
Vendor Booth Decorating Contest
This year our vendors are invited to participate in a contest to win:
>A free 10x10 booth rental in 2027's Fall Festival
>Your choice of booth location
>Certificate Award to display in your 2027 booth
To participate simply bring a stunning fall design into your booth space. Our judges will review each booth during the festival. Winners will be announced on stage at 3PM. (Participation is optional.)
Trick Or Treat Hour
We will be offering a Trick-or-Treat hour at the festival from 3pm-4pm. We would like to invite you to participate by bringing candy for the kids. (Participation is optional.)
Pets
We love our pets. However, we discourage bringing pets to the festival. The friendliest pet could become overstimulated and reactive in a festival setting. If a pet is brought to the festival, a kennel must be available for them to receive privacy from the public. All pets must be on a leash at all times and should not be left unsupervised.
Disclaimer
Heritage Days Association reserves the right to deny or accept any vendor. Food and beverage vendors (unless prepackaged) must fill out a different application.
